NUCSENSE® Product Family

The products in our Nucsense product family can be used in Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) applications, especially in predictive maintenance, monitoring the efficiency of Solar Power Plants, and overlap detection solutions for CNC machines.

Nucsense® Wireless Vibration Sensor

Our Nucsense Wireless sensors offer a complete solution that is easily installed and can transmit data to our Nucsense Cloud Analytics software for up to 2 years, depending on usage conditions.
Properties:
  • Communication: Wi Fi transmits data via wireless network infrastructure.
  • Range: Thanks to the high gain antenna, it can transmit data up to 25 meters depending on the ambient conditions.
  • Acceleration measurement: up to 64 G
  • Measurement Frequency range: Up to 10 KHz
  • Dimensions: 54mm x 83mm x 30mm

Nucsense® Hexa Sensor Hub

Nucsense Hexa Sensor Hub transfers data from Nucsense Hexa Sensors, which can be connected to 6 ports on the Nucsense Hexa Sensor Hub, to our Nucsense Cloud Analysis software via Wi Fi.

  • İletişim: Wi Fi kablosuz ağ altyapılarına bağlanabilmektedir.
  • Menzil: Üzerinde bulunan yüksek kazançlı anten sayesinde ortam şartlarına bağlı olarak 25 metreye kadar veri aktarabilmektedir.
  • Pil ile ya da konektörü üzerinden 5V ya da 24V DC ile çalışabilir
  • RJ 45 konektörü ile yerel ağa kablo ile bağlanabilir.

Nucsense® Hexa Sensors

These sensors are designed for use with Nucsense Hexa and Ranger models. They are mounted magnetically and with double-sided adhesive tape. The parameters that can be measured are given below.

Nucsense® Ranger

Ranger is the mobile version of the Nucsense Hexa product family. It detects the device on which the measurement point is located with the QR code reader on it and transfers the sensor records related to that device to the Nucsense Cloud software via Wi Fi.

Nucsense® Vibration Data Logger

The Nucsense Vibration Data Logger records on an SD Card in locations where no connection is available and the data is transferred to the Nucsense Analysis Software when a connection is established.

Production Counting Device

Our Production Counting Devices can be used in many applications, from the transmission and tracking of production orders to the instant tracking of the number of products produced, especially in production where products are produced manually and automation applications are limited. 
 
Since there is no need for any installation, it is ready for direct use by integrating with the ERP system with our software installed with the hardware.

It allows real-time counting of the products produced by enterprises engaged in production based on manual labor and transferring them to ERP software. It is a production counting device that can work with batteries and adapters that can also transfer the records of the personnel working in the relevant production line.
